Tempus Fugit

The contest officials need a little time to finalize things and get orders to our vendors in a timely manner so we can have the right size and quantity of T-shirts screen printed, contest programs designed and printed, USB drives ordered, and food and concessions arranged.

T-Shirts must be ordered early this year. We will attempt to estimate the numbers that will be needed; some adjustments may have to be made.

Team Approvals

Teams are eligible to be approved if and only if the team fee is paid in full and registration is complete for ALL team members. Registration is complete when all team members have completed profiles and any eligibility issues have been resolved.

Please note that if you participated last year and your profile has not changed, you will still need to log in to the system and confirm that your profile has not changed, or it will not be considered complete.

Beginning Nov. 1, up to three eligible teams from each institution will be approved. All other teams will be approved only if there is space available on the contest floor. Additional team approvals will be made starting Nov. 4.

Assuming there is space for more teams, the additional teams will be approved on a "round robin" basis, based on when they were created. Fourth teams will be approved, then fifth teams, etc. until all available slots are filled.

If the SoCal Regional Registrar cannot approve a team due to lack of space, the team fee will be returned in full to any team that cannot be accommodated.

Nov 9 Event Parking

Riverside will be having the Veteran’s Day parade again this year starting November 9 at 10am. They will be blocking Magnolia and 14th Street which are two major streets. All participants are strongly encouraged to arrive by 9:30 AM.

Those who attempt to arrive after 9:45 may not be able to find a way onto campus until the parade is over at 2 PM.
