1997 Regional Contest Recap
Harvey Mudd College
wins the 1997-98 Southern California Regional!
In a repeat victory at the Regional, Harvey Mudd team HMC #1 scored five out of six possible problems at the Contest on November 15, 1997. Second place Caltech team Caltech 2 scored four out of the six.

Thanks, IBM!
IBM staff were on site the whole day, not just to observe but to help. Starting with Registration and through the final wrap-up, staff members provided "hands-on" help to the contest staff. IBM provided the t-shirts and the t-shirt art this year, software, pens and keychains for all the contestants, and special software for the top six teams. Thanks, IBM!!
